> The limits of what this website and our classes are, in plain language.

*Last updated 23 August 2026.*

The information on https://thenoorulquranacademy.com and the teaching we provide are offered in good faith and for general educational purposes.

This page sets out what our website and our classes are not, so that nobody relies on them in a way we did not intend.

## 1. Educational purpose only

Our courses, pages, and glossary are intended to help students learn to read, recite, memorise, and understand the Quran, and to learn the basics of Islamic practice. They are a teaching resource rather than a scholarly reference work, and they are not a substitute for study with a qualified scholar in person.

## 2. Religious content and differences of opinion

Our teaching follows mainstream Sunni scholarship and the recitation traditions in which our teachers hold Ijazah. On many questions of practice, sincere scholars differ. Where our material presents a position, it is presented as instruction for our students and not as a ruling binding on anybody.

Nothing on this website or said in a class should be treated as a fatwa. For a religious ruling on your own circumstances, please consult a qualified scholar or mufti whom you trust locally.

## 3. Accuracy

We take real care over what we publish, particularly with Quranic text, transliteration, and translation. Even so, errors can occur in any human work. If you believe something on this site is mistaken, please tell us and we will check it and correct it promptly.

We give no warranty that the content of this website is complete, current, or free from error, and we may change or remove any of it without notice.

## 4. No guarantee of results

Progress in reading, Tajweed, and memorisation depends heavily on a student's age, ability, effort, revision at home, and attendance. Any timeframe we mention, such as a typical duration for a course or for a stage of the learning path, is an average drawn from our experience and not a promise.

We cannot and do not guarantee that a student will complete a course within a given period, reach a given standard, or complete a Hifz.

## 5. Teachers and credentials

We verify the qualifications and Ijazah of our teachers before they join us, and we stand behind their competence. Ijazah is a traditional certification granted by a teacher within a chain of transmission. It is not a state licence and it carries no governmental accreditation.

## 6. Certificates

Certificates we issue record what a student has completed with our academy. They are not accredited by any government, university, or examining body, and we make no claim that a third party will recognise them.

## 7. Third-party platforms and links

Classes are delivered over Zoom or Skype, enrolment runs through Google Forms, and we correspond over WhatsApp and email. These services belong to their respective owners. Their availability, security, and terms are outside our control, and we accept no responsibility for them.

Where this site links to another website, the link is provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of any external site.

## 8. Prices and availability

Prices, plans, course details, and teacher availability shown on this site are current at the time of publication and may change. The details confirmed to you in writing when you enrol are the ones that apply to you.

## 9. Not professional advice

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. If a student has a learning difficulty, a medical condition, or any other need that affects their study, please tell us so that we can teach them well, and seek appropriate professional advice separately.

## 10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the content of this website, or from the use of any third-party platform involved in delivering our classes. The limits set out in our Terms & Conditions apply to our classes.

## 11. Contact us

If anything on this page is unclear, or you would like to raise a correction, please write to us.

You can reach us by email at info@thenoorulquranacademy.com, on WhatsApp at +92 335 0172229, or through the contact page at https://thenoorulquranacademy.com/contact. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
